Welcome to HubSpot Marketing Solution (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, payment systems, training programs, and any other services (“Services”) we provide.

By accessing our website and/or enrolling in any of our programs, including making a payment through UPI or any other method, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to register and participate in our training programs. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this eligibility criterion.

2. Course Access & Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • Access to course materials, live sessions, or recorded content will be shared only with the enrolled individual. Sharing access is strictly prohibited.

  • Each course has a defined duration and set of modules. Live sessions are scheduled in advance and will be communicated clearly through official channels.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full through our supported methods (currently UPI).

  • By initiating a UPI payment, you confirm that you have the authority to use the selected payment method and agree to be charged the applicable course fee.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where explicitly mentioned otherwise or as required by law.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds: All course payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Session Misses: If a learner misses a session, access to recordings may be provided at our discretion, not as a guaranteed right.

  • If the company cancels a session due to unavoidable reasons, a makeup session will be scheduled.

  • In case of cancellation of the entire program by us, a full refund will be processed.

5. Content Usage & Intellectual Property

  • All course content, including but not limited to videos, slides, assignments, documents, frameworks, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of HubSpot Marketing Solution.

  • Learners are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, educational use only.

  • Reproducing, distributing, sharing, modifying, uploading, or using content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written permission.

  • Violators will be legally liable under applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Code of Conduct

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Maintain professionalism and mutual respect in live sessions and communication.

  • Refrain from recording sessions without prior consent.

  • Not engage in abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior toward the instructor or other participants.

We reserve the right to remove any learner from a session or the program entirely, without refund, in case of misconduct.

7. Certification

  • Completion certificates will be awarded only upon fulfilling course requirements, such as attendance, participation, and assignments (if applicable).

  • The certificate does not imply any affiliation with HubSpot Inc. unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • We do not guarantee job placement, client acquisition, or financial results as outcomes of the course.

  • While we strive to provide accurate, timely, and up-to-date training content, we do not accept responsibility for errors, omissions, or outdated content due to rapid industry changes.

  • Our total liability for any claims related to the course shall not exceed the amount paid by the learner for that course.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Learner information will be collected and stored for operational, communication, and invoicing purposes.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except when required for processing payments or when mandated by law.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services implies acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
